At our 2023 Investor Day, we presented “Delivering Today. Building for the Future.” and provided an overview of Choice Properties’ strategic direction and current operations. The event consisted of a series of presentations from, and panel discussions with our senior leadership team. Leaders from our largest tenant, Loblaw Companies Limited, and majority unitholder, George Weston Limited, was also in attendance to provide insight into their collaborative, working relationships with us.

Our transit-oriented mixed-use and residential portfolio includes both newly developed purpose-built rental buildings and residential focused mixed-use communities. Here are Liberty House and The Brixton – two Toronto assets that we are proud to have developed and own today.
We continue to expand our industrial platform and are excited about the immense opportunity available to us in the near-term. Here we have Choice Eastway Industrial Centre and Choice Caledon Business Park – two shovel-ready industrial sites that are zoned in the GTA, and that have the ability to accommodate a wide range of tenants in the growing logistics sector.
