Choice Properties, in partnership with Greenwin, is redeveloping the corner of Yonge and College in Toronto with G2, a residential/mixed-use project spanning 510,000 sq. ft. The site is within walking distance to the TTC subway station, providing direct access to rapid transit for residents.

G2 repurposes a former two-storey Provincial Coroner building and three-storey parking garage into a connected, modern development. Key features include:
