685 Warden is a greenfield site adjacent to Warden Woods and the Gus Harris Trail, directly connected to an established neighbourhood. The proposal includes five residential towers and a new public park, thoughtfully integrating future growth with the surrounding community and natural landscape.

Designed to strengthen neighbourhood connectivity, the project will create new pedestrian connections and public spaces that extend the existing community fabric while preserving access to nearby green space.
