Vibrant outdoor space enhances ESG impact, tenant satisfaction, and local engagement
Since Choice Properties opened Bradford Patio at our Bradford West Gwillimbury retail centre, what began as one of our early placemaking initiatives gas become a well-used community space. Today, that once underused area at the property entrance now features:
- A three-season patio for outdoor dining
- Permanent pergola shading for comfort
- Colourful seating and landscaped surroundings
- Yoga and wellness programming for community engagement
Placemaking with Purpose
Bradford Patio reflects our approach to practical, community-focused placemaking. By activating unused space, the patio supports:
- Shared community gathering space
- Increased foot traffic for on-site tenants
