Lots of Zen: Summer Yoga Series Launch

Choice Properties is pleased to invite members of the community to the launch of our Lots of Zen FREE Summer yoga Series—an initiative designed to promote wellness, foster connection, and activate shared public space in Bradford.

Taking place on Sunday, May 31 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (rain date: Sunday, June 7), this family-friendly event will bring together residents, local businesses, and wellness practitioners for a morning of movement, relaxation, and community engagement.

Event Overview

The May 31st launch event offers a curated mix of structured programming and informal experiences, creating an inclusive environment for participants of all ages and backgrounds.

Launch Event Featured Programming:

• Pre-Registered Yoga Class (9:30 – 10:15 AM)
  Led by Breathe Hot Yoga Bradford, this session will host a limited number of participants in a guided outdoor class. Attendees are asked to arrive between 9:00 – 9:15 AM for check-in.
  Participants will receive a complimentary post-class smoothie and yoga-themed giveaways.
• Mini Vendor Market
  A selection of local Bradford businesses showcasing wellness-focused products, including apparel, jewelry, tea, and skincare.
• Drop-In Wellness Experiences
  • Yoga pose workshops
  • Personal training consultations
  • Scalp and hand massage offerings
• Family-Friendly Activities
  Not a yoga person? We’ve got other family-friendly activities like lawn games and casual programming designed to encourage participation across all age groups.

Ongoing Summer Series

This launch event marks the beginning of our weekly Lots of Zen Summer yoga Series, which will then take place every Sunday at 9:30 AM through until August 23rd. The series aims to provide consistent, accessible opportunities for community members to engage in health and wellness activities in an open, welcoming setting.

After the May 31 launch event, programming will transition to yoga-only sessions, without the vendor market, lawn games, or additional activities.
