Our Vision
Located in Toronto’s east end, 449 Carlaw Ave. is a planned mixed-use residential development featuring three buildings atop a shared podium. With direct access to the future Ontario Line station at Gerrard–Carlaw North, the project will introduce new housing within an established urban neighbourhood.
The proposal also brings a new food store back to the site, restoring an important daily-use amenity while strengthening connectivity and supporting continued growth along this evolving corridor.
