Toronto, Ontario, November 10, 2021 \u2013 Choice Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (\u201cChoice Properties\u201d or the \u201cTrust\u201d) (TSX: CHP.UN) announced today that it has provided holders of its 3.01% Series I senior unsecured debentures due March 21, 2022 (the \u201cDebentures\u201d) a notice of redemption pursuant to which the Trust will redeem the entire outstanding principal amount of Debentures on December 10, 2021 and has fixed December 9, 2021 as the record date for this redemption. As of the date hereof, there is $300 million aggregate principal amount of Debentures outstanding.<\/p>\n

On the redemption date, the Debentures will be redeemed in accordance with their terms at a redemption price per $1,000 principal amount of the Debentures equal to $1,005.040 plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date of $6.597, and will thereafter cease to be outstanding.<\/p>\n
