This acquisition signals the commencement of Choice Properties\u2019 development program, which is one of the Trust\u2019s key growth vehicles.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The total purchase price was <span class=\"xn-money\">$149.5 million<\/span>, of which <span class=\"xn-money\">$98.9 million<\/span> was funded through the issuance of 9,925,671 Class B LP Units of Choice Properties Limited Partnership, with the remainder settled in cash.
